Description
Blend No. 39
Full Leaf Mao Feng Green Tea, Spearmint Leaves and Lemon Myrtle
Rare green teas from China combined with aromatic spearmint grown in Oregon and a hint of lemon myrtle from Australia. Fez artfully evokes old Morocco, and tastes best when shared with friends while lounging on pillows.
This small batch of tea was personally crafted for you by Steven Smith, teamaker. The name Fez is a nod to classic Moroccan mint tea, with an unconventional twist. We use freshly harvested spearmint from Oregon, a touch of Australian lemon myrtle and fresh Chinese Mao Feng green tea to complete this enticing blend. The North Africans drink theirs heavily sweetened. Ours is equally fez-worthy with or without sugar.
Inside the Smith Sachet
The shape is not unusual, but the artistry inside is unique. Our roomy, relaxed fit sachet encourages greater expansion to give you better flavor. It’s also biodegradable. After steeping, you can sashay straight to the compost heap.
