Sky Island Organics Organic Sprouted Hazelnuts

After we’ve soaked, sprouted, and dehydrated these hazelnuts, they taste fresh, sweet, and crunchy—even a little chocolaty.

Delicious straight out of the bag, these hazelnuts pair well with organic dark chocolate. Try tossing them on a salad, or break them into smaller pieces and sprinkle on top of raw or steamed vegetables. Fill a leaf of romaine lettuce or red Russian kale with hazelnuts and chocolate for an unusual treat.

We source our hazelnuts from Honor Earth Farm in Eugene, Oregon.
