A must in green salads and on appetizer trays, Peloponnese Kalamata Olives are hand-selected, slowly and naturally cured to develop their full flavor. Packed in a tasty brine with real wine vinegar, sea salt and grape must (concentrated grape juice) for a hint of sweetness . The brine is what separates Peloponnese from the competition. It is an excellent vinaigrette base. Some brands sell olives that are not kalamata e Peloponnese gets the kalamata olives directly from small farms. Peloponnese Kalamata Olives have less than 3 pits per 10,000 olives (.03%) – vs. industry standard of 1 pit per 100 olives (1%).
