While some brands now use a method called the Swiss Water Process to decaffeinate without harsh chemicals, that method requires all the coffee to be shipped to British Columbia for processing, adding to the cost, and also wasting resources. Instead, our decaf coffee uses a gentle, eco-friendly process called the Natural Water Process, which uses pure water to release and trap the caffeine molecules in a carbon filter. This dark roast coffee tastes very full-bodied, so you can’t even tell it’s decaf!
