Saturated Fats are entirely derived from Cocoa Butter. Our Erythritol is naturally fermented from Non-GMO corn. Our Reb A (Extract of Stevia) is Non-GMO. We use sustainably sourced cocoa. Inulin is a prebiotic from cicory. May be suitable in the diet of a diabetic.
