Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix is a convenient solution to great-tasting pancakes friendly to special dietary needs. This mix can be made vegan by using any alternative milk and egg products that suits your diet. Even those who aren’t gluten free will enjoy these light and fluffy pancakes! Besides the mix, you’ll also need 1 egg (or egg substitute,) 3/4 milk (or milk alternative,) and 1 Tbsp vegetable oil. Make them your own by adding fruit, nuts, or Bob’s Red Mill Flaxseed Meal or Chia Seed. This mix also works well when used as batter in a waffle iron. Each package makes about 30 four-inch pancakes. Like all of our gluten free-labeled products, this product is processed in a dedicated gluten free facility and R5-ELISA tested to confirm its gluten free status.
